The Free American Republic shall be governed according to a document to be entitled The Law of the Free American Republic. It shall, at all times, be consistent with this constitution and motivated directly by the rights enumerated herein.

Every requirement within The Law of the Free American Republic must be accompanied be a justifaction in terms of the rights enumerated herein.
