- Heat oil/butter/whatever
- Add spices to oil (cumin, turmeric, coriander, salt, mustard seed (optional), cayenne)
- Fry a bunch of diced potatoes in oil for like 10mins
- Add some water, simmer until potatoes get tender, like 30mins
- Add kefir / coconut milk / yoghurt, and peas
- Put over rice and enjoy
