The Free American Republic shall be governed according to a document to be entitled The Law of the Free American Republic.
Section 2
It shall, at all times, be consistent with this constitution and motivated directly by the rights enumerated herein.
Section 3
Every requirement within The Law of the Free American Republic must be accompanied be a justifaction in terms of the rights enumerated herein.
