Potato Curry

  • Heat oil/butter/whatever
  • Add spices to oil (cumin, turmeric, coriander, salt, mustard seed (optional), cayenne)
  • Fry a bunch of diced potatoes in oil for like 10mins
  • Add some water, simmer until potatoes get tender, like 30mins
  • Add kefir / coconut milk / yoghurt, and peas
  • Put over rice and enjoy
