Sawfish theme changes

Some Sawfish themes leave something to be desired. This page can be considered a list of feature requests.

absolute-*

This includes absolute-metal and absolute-e

• support for colour besides black—ideally ability to use gtk2 theme colours
• setting for full or partial width
• ability to select buttons and placement, as with Anonymous

Anonymous

• icon support, as with Derivative
• ability to change height of title bar
• use of gtk2 theme colours

2YearsToNever

• option to make whole titlebar same colour (no zigzag and then change)
• ability to select buttons and placement, as with Anonymous

Derivative

• ability to select buttons and placement, as with Anonymous
• ability to adjust height of titlebar, resize bar, and icons
• option to remove "shadow" (or better yet, setting for opaqueness of shadow)
• no resize handles when window's maximised
